Jared and Ivanka told the Secret Service not to use ANY of the half-dozen bathrooms in their home, so the federal government has been spending $3,000 a month — more than $100,000 to date — to rent a basement studio, with a bathroom, from a neighbor.
Jared and Ivanka won’t let Secret Service agents use their bathroom. Monsters. So agents have to drive to the Obamas’ house to use the facilities. And that works until somebody on the Trump detail wrecks that bathroom so hard the Obama detail bans them. This is in the newspaper!
Imagine working in a place where colleagues refused to wear masks indoors in close quarters during a pandemic, who spread lies and incited a mob that violently attacked your offices, who then refused to walk through magnetometers despite serious security concerns. Hostile.
Lauren Boebert is refusing to comply with the metal detector or allow a bag search. Now standing in the House doorway. Security is refusing to allow her to enter. Appears to be a standstill.
The member who tweeted pelosi’s location during the riot continues to be bad
Jayapal: "I am also calling for serious fines to be immediately levied on every single Member who refuses to wear a mask in the Capitol. Additionally, any Member who refuses to wear a mask should be immediately removed from the floor by the Sergeant at Arms. This is not a joke."
The lack of transparency from Capitol Police leaders on this is crazy. Congressman Ryan just casually broke this news on a call with press, and he seems uncertain about the details. (So I would urge caution). But clearly we need more information ASAP.

Agreed and it’s not just Capitol Police. The US experienced a terrorist attack and yet not one federal law enforcement agency has held a press conference to give even basic information about what happened. Not DOJ nor DHS nor the WH. A total dereliction of leadership.
Democratic Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, a 75-year-old cancer survivor, has tested positive for the coronavirus. She believes she contracted the virus after taking shelter in a room with lawmakers who refused to wear masks during the Capitol riot.
Wow, in letter to her caucus, @SpeakerPelosi raises the 14th amendment, which refers to not allowing people to serve who engaged in insurrection against the US, or gave aid and comfort to those who did.
Targeting a lot of GOP members for expulsion.
