@Alafasy عَن النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ( مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ؛ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى )(1).

@Alafasy "Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort". When U feel sad & depressed, get down to Sujood & communicate with Allah.Complaining to people make the problems worse_ instead complain to Allah, surely U will find a solution. Trusting Allah leads to happiest life.🙂

@Alafasy إذا عجزت عن أذكار الصباح والمساء فلا تعجز عن هذه الكلمات الثلاث صباحاً ومساءً:
1-بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم "ثلاثا"،
2-أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من شر ما خلق "ثلاثا"،
3-رضيت بالله رباً وبالإسلام ديناً وبمحمد ﷺ رسولاً "ثلاثاً"،
