Georgia's 83rd Governor

Members of the @GeorgiaGuard have worked tirelessly to protect peaceful protests, keep Georgians safe, & offer critical support in our fight against COVID-19. These men & women are true patriots, & anyone who suggests otherwise is absolutely wrong. #gapol
Our state cannot prosper or reap a good harvest without safe communities, safe streets, & safe families. In a day & age where many vilify the men & women who protect our communities, my message is clear: in Georgia, as long as I’m governor, we back the blue! #gapol
"I'm proud to announce that, working closely with State
School Superintendent Richard Woods, the state will provide additional support to school system re-opening efforts, equating to a one-time supplement of $1,000 per
teacher and other employees," says @GovKemp. #gapol
"The budgets my administration will propose in the coming days include no new cuts to state agencies and departments, no furloughs, no widespread layoffs to state employees. And, I might add, no new taxes to pay for it all."
Governor Brian Kemp #gapol #GPBLawmakers
.@GovKemp in his State of the State: "This state, while battered, is not broken. A better brighter future is just around the corner.”
He continued, "Yes we have challenges ahead, a virus to beat and an economy to restore.”
Kemp said the state is resilient and will endure.
"On Human Trafficking Awareness Day, we are grateful for the efforts of @GovKemp, @GAFirstLady, @Georgia_AG, and others on the GRACE Commission to seek justice for victims and hold traffickers accountable." -Commissioner King #gapol
Serving our great state has been the honor of my lifetime.
Thank you, Georgia!
In truly unprecedented times, Senator Loeffler delivered critical coronavirus relief to our state and championed our conservative values. Kelly has lived the American Dream and fought hard every day in Washington to ensure that dream remains possible for every Georgian. #gapol
It is unimaginable that we have people in our state & country who are undermining public safety, attacking law enforcement, & breaking into gov't buildings. This is not the GA way & it's not the way of our country. These activities are a disgrace & quite honestly un-American.
Here’s the scary moment when protesters initially got into the building from the first floor and made their way outside Senate chamber.
Replying to @GovKemp: This is absolutely disgraceful, un-American, and must stop immediately. The rule of law matters.
Six years ago, I went to Washington to change things. And that’s exactly what we’ve done.
Let’s do it for six more years, Georgia – for the sake of our children, and our children’s children, and the future of our Republic.
There’s still time. VOTE. #GASen #gapol
